What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll need your business name, logo if you have one, phone number, service areas, list of services, photos if available, reviews/testimonials, preferred colors, and any examples of websites you like. Then we handle the rest.
-
·
Can you add project photos and reviews later?
Yes. On the managed plan, you can send over new project photos or customer reviews, and we’ll add them to the site as part of your included small updates.
-
·
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every site is built to work well on phones, tablets, and desktop computers. Most homeowners will visit your site from a phone, so mobile design is a priority.
-
·
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The standard monthly plan is month-to-month. We believe the work should keep you, not a complicated contract.
-
·
What counts as a future update?
Small updates include things like swapping photos, adding project images, updating services, changing hours, adding reviews, editing text, or updating contact information. New pages, redesigns, custom features, integrations, and larger SEO work are quoted separately.
-
·
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We build websites for home service businesses and contractors, including roofers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, landscapers, painters, remodelers, handymen, pressure washing companies, tree services, appliance repair companies, and similar local service businesses.
-
·
Do I need to write the content?
No, not from scratch. You provide the basic information about your business, services, service areas, and what makes you different. We’ll turn that into clean website copy that fits your trade.
-
·
How long does it take?
Most websites are built in about 2 weeks after we receive your business information, services, photos, logo, contact details, and approval on the direction
-
·
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain, we can connect it to your new website. You do not need to buy a new domain unless you want one.
-
·
Do you manage email?
We do not directly host or manage email inboxes. We can help you set up professional email through providers like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, but email accounts, password resets, device setup, and ongoing inbox support are not included in the standard website plan.
